摘要
职教集团是新形势下整合职业教育资源、实现优势互补、谋求多赢的新举措。研究中外职业教育集团化办学模式是解决职业教育集团化办学的管理体制和运行机制改革问题所必需的前提和基础。通过对国内外职业教育集团化办学模式的总结和借鉴,对我们的启示如下:树立和落实现代职教集团化办学理念,增加和完善职教集团化办学资金保障制度,实现中国职教集团化办学的企业化管理。
Nowadays,the vocational educational groups have become a new measure to integrate vocational educational resource ,complement each other＇s advantages, and explore more benefits. Study the school-running mode of vocational educational groups is a foundation to solve the problem about administrative system and operation mechanism of running vocational educational groups.This paper will mirror the experience of foreign countries to run vocational educational groups, and analyze deeply the development strategy of China.
