血清尿酸水平与高血压的相关性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究血清尿酸水平与高血压的相关性。方法对2009年12月至2011年11月在北京顺义区医院就诊的228例高血压患者(高血压组)及同期在该院体检的202例健康者(对照组)进行血清尿酸水平的检测。结果高血压组高尿酸血症发生率为35.5%(81/228),对照组为11.4%(23/202),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=34.0,P<0.01),高血压分级与高尿酸血症发生率呈正相关(Pearson列联系数=0.362,P<0.05);高血压组血清尿酸水平为(375.6±74.0)μmol/L,对照组为(283.2±45.6)μmol/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=15.3,P<0.01);随血压分级的增高,血清尿酸水平也增高,三级之间比较差异均有统计学意义(F=47.2,P<0.01)。结论血清尿酸水平与高血压病之间存在相关性。 Objective To study the correlation between hypertension and serum uric acid (UA)level. Methods The serum UA of 228 hypertensive patients( the hypertensive group)and 202 healthy adults( the control group) in Beijing Shunyi Hospital from Sep. 2009 to Nov. 2011 were tested. Results Hyperuricemia incidence of the hypertensive group was 35.5% ( 81/228 ), of the control group was 11.4% ( 23/202 ), and the difference was statistically significant ( X2 = 34.0, P 〈 0.01 ). Hypertension grading and hyperurieemia was positively correlated ( Pearson contingency coeffieien ( t = 0. 362, P 〈 0.05 ) ; UA level of the hypertensive group was( 375.6 ± 74.0) μ mol/L, of the control group was ( 283.2 ± 45.6 ) μmol/L,, and the difference was statistically significant( t = 15.3, P 〈 0.01 ) ; along with the increasing of the hypertension grading, UA level incicreased as well,and the differences between the three grades were statistically significant( F =47.2, P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion There is correlation between hypertension and serum UA level.
