摘要
再生障碍性贫血是临床上常见的慢性、难治性血液疾病之一,其发病机制目前尚未完全阐明。现阶段中医与西医治疗此病均有各自的优势和不足。为了进一步提高此病患者的疗效,临床上常对其进行中西医结合治疗。本文主要对再生障碍性贫血的中西医发病机制及治疗进展进行简要综述,并总结了用养血平障汤治疗再生障碍性贫血的疗效及作用机理,以期为中西医结合治疗本病提供依据。
Aplastic anemia is one of the common chronic and refractory blood diseases in clinical practice,and its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated.Both TCM and Western medicine have their own advantages and disadvantages in treating this disease.In order to further improve the curative effect of patients with this disease,it is often treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.In this paper,the pathogenesis and treatment progress of aplastic anemia with traditional Chinese and western medicine were briefly reviewed,and the curative effect and mechanism of Yangxuepingzhang Decoction for aplastic anemia were summarized,in order to provide evidence for the treatment of aplastic anemia with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
