摘要
用德国 Henkel公司及国内一些厂家和科研单位生产的同类烷基多苷产品 ,首次从表面张力、起泡性能、增溶性能、乳化性能和分散性能等几个方面研究了残留醇对它们的影响。结论是少量残留醇的存在 ,对烷基多苷乳化性能影响不大 ,起泡性能降低 ,但泡沫的稳定性增加 ,表面张力降低 ,增溶性和分散性能均有提高 ;随着残留醇含量的过量增加 ,所有性能均有下降的趋势。
The effects of residual alcohol on alkyl polyglycosides's (which made by Henkel company,Germany and some factories or research institutes in our country)properties,including surface tension,foam production,solubilization,emulsification and dispersility have been disserted for the first time,The results suggest that with the existence of a small amount of residual alcohol,the emulsification undergoes no change,while foam production and surface tension are reduced and the stability of foam is increased.Also the solubilization and dispersion are somewhat improved.However,all properties tend to decrease when excessive residual alcohol exist.
