摘要
本试验选择泰山盘石散预处理试验小鼠,观察泰山盘石散对米非司酮(RU486)诱导流产作用的抑制效果,探讨试验中选用中药方剂的保胎作用及可能的作用机制,寻找预防早期胚胎丢失的有效措施。试验中分别给小鼠灌服中药并于第7天颈部注射RU486,结果显示,中药方剂泰山盘石散能有效对抗RU486诱导的小鼠流产,试验中动物模型的流产率从100%下降到50%。
This study attempted to identify the potential immunomodulatory and anti-abortive effect of tai shan pan shi San in mifepristone(RU486)-induced abortion, and to examine its underlying immuno- mechanism, to look for safer and less-residued drug for early embryo loss. RU486 was given via subcuta- neous injection to induce abortion in mice at day 7 of gestation after receiving an oral gavage of herbal med- icines on every day of gestation, and pregnancy results were observed at day 7 of gestation. The mouse given RU486 via subcutaneous injection and progesterone via peritoneal injection were observed as control meanwhile. The abortion rate of the mice given RU486 was 100%, and decreased to 50% dramatically af- ter being fed tai shan pan shi San, which showed its significant tocolysis effect on the RU486-induced abor- tion in mice.
