摘要
目的:探讨可溶性内皮素在妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)患者血清和胎盘组织中的表达及其与HDCP发病的关系。方法:选取2009年7月～2011年1月在武汉市第一医院妇产科住院分娩的HDCP患者74例,其中包括妊娠期高血压25例、轻度子痫前期26例、重度子痫前期23例;选取同期正常晚期妊娠妇女25例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测各组血清中的内皮素水平;采用免疫组织化学法检测所有患者胎盘组织中的内皮素表达水平。结果:与对照组比较,HDCP组血清及胎盘组织中的内皮素表达水平明显升高(P<0.01)。HDCP各组血清及胎盘组织中的内皮素表达水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清内皮素及胎盘组织内皮素表达水平呈正相关。结论:孕妇血清及胎盘组织中内皮素表达水平的变化与HD-CP的发病及病情发展有关。
Objective： To explore the expressions of soluble endothelin in serum and placenta of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy （HDCP） and the relationship between soluble endothelin and occurrence of HDCP. Methods： Seventy- four pa- tients with HDCP who gave birth to their birth to their babies in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, the First Hospital of Wuhan City from July 2009 to January 2011 were selected, including 25 patients with gestational hypertension, 26 patients with mild preeclampsia, and 23 patients with severe preeclampsia; 25 normal late pregnant women during the same period were selected as control group. The levels of se- rum endothelin in different groups were detected by ELISA ; the levels of endothelin in placenta were detected by immunohistochemical meth- od. Results： Compared with control group, the expression levels of endothelin in serum and placenta of HDCP group increased significantly （P 〈 0. 01 ） . There were statistically significant differences in the expression levels of endothelin in serur^l and placenta among different sub- groups of HDCP group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . There was a positive correlation between expression level of endothelin in serum and expression level of endothelin in placenta. Conclusion ： The changes of expression levels of soluble endothelin in serum and placenta are correlated with the occurrence and development of HDCP.
