摘要
针对SiC窑具材料易在 1 40 0℃左右氧化的弱点 ,研制出了既能在半成品上 ,又能在成品上喷涂的SiC窑具抗氧化涂料 ,并通过试验表明 ,使用该涂料的制品烧后不剥落 ,无粘瓷现象 ,表面色白光滑 ,涂层的抗氧化效果明显。
A type of oxidation resistant coating material for SiC kiln furniture,which can be applied on both semi-products and final-products,has been successfully developed in order to overcome the defect that SiC kiln furriture can be easily oxidized at 1400℃.The experimental results show that its oxidation resistance is very effective,and it is widely used in large-scale practical production.
