癫痫患者脑脊液和血清中苯巴比妥浓度与癫痫发作频率相关性研究 被引量：1

摘要 尽管新型抗癫痫药物（AEDs）不断研发和应用,但癫痫耐药仍然是影响其疗效的主要因素之一。癫痫耐药的确切机制目前尚不清楚,可能存在一个非特异性的机制,降低大脑对AEDs的摄取,如P-糖蛋白（P-gp）过表达,可降低靶点中相关AEDs浓度,影响临床治疗效果[1]。目前,国内对癫痫患者脑脊液（CSF）和血清中苯巴比妥（PB）浓度、以及二者比值与癫痫发作频率的关系研究较少。
