摘要
糖尿病心肌病(DC)是糖尿病的独立并发症之一,其确切的发病机制尚不完全清楚,研究表明,导致其发病的根本原因为心肌细胞糖脂代谢异常、IR、钙稳态失衡,心肌细胞异常凋亡、心肌纤维化,以及心脏自主神经调节异常,这些因素均直接或间接造成心脏功能损害且相互影响。
The diabetic eardiomyopathy is one of the diabetic mellitus-independent complications, but the exact pathogenesis is still not completely clear. A lot of evidences showed that myocardial cell glucose and lipid metabolism disorders, insulin resistance, abnormal calcium homeostasis, abnormal myocardial cell apoptosis, myocardial fibrosis and cardiac autonomic nervous system dysregulation and influence each other could directly or indirectly cause heart damage. In this paper the research progress on the mechanism of diabetes eardiomyopathy in recent years is reviewed.
