摘要
本文对2例妊娠合并暴发性1型糖尿病(FT1DM)报道,并进行文献复习。病例1,妊娠21周以DKA起病,HbA1c 5.9%,胎儿死亡;病例2,妊娠28周以DKA起病,HbA1c 6.1%,胎儿死亡。患者一直坚持胰岛素治疗,未出现"蜜月期",6年后再次妊娠。妊娠是FT1DM的危险因素,起病迅速,胰岛β细胞功能破坏更严重,胎儿预后极差。及时诊治对降低胎儿死亡率至关重要。
Two cases of pregnancy and fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus （FTIDM） patients are reported and the literature review is presented here. Case 1 was a pregnant woman in the 21st week pregnancy at onset with ketoacidosis （DKA）, HbA1 c 5.9%, fetal death. Case 2 was a pregnant woman in the 28th week pregnancy, at onset with ketoacidosis （DKA）, HbAlc 6.1%, fetal death. She insisted on insulin therapy after the delivery, without appearance of honeymoon period. She got a pregnancy again 6 years later. Pregnancy is a risk factor of FT1D1VL Its onset is always rapid, with more serious destroys of ceils and very poor prognosis of the fetus. The diagnose and treat ment of FT1DM timely is of great importance for reducing the fetus mortality.
