摘要
讨论了运行过热器垢清洗的特点和难点 ,提出了合适的清洗介质应具备的各项性能要求。根据清洗介质的表面络合催化促溶机理 ,设计了RJF清洗介质并建立其清洗工艺。其特点是 :高清洗速度和溶解能力 ,防脱落 ,低腐蚀 ,不影响材质结构、性能 ,较低的毒性和成本。
The peculiarties and diffculties of scale removal in superheater chemical cleaning and the requirements for the appropriate cleaning medium were discussed in detail. The authors introduced a newly developed high efficient clean medium RJF to meet the requirements.
