摘要
运行中的过热器氧化皮脱落,严重威胁机组运行安全,同时制约机组的负荷跟随能力。利用Fluent软件,对堵管过程进行分析,并对过热器弯头的内的压力和流动变化进行研究。结果表明:氧化皮在弯管内积累厚度达到管径的35%~40%左右时对流动的影响增大,继续增加容易导致爆管。提出运行中技术措施减少氧化皮的生成。
In the operation of the superheater scale can come off,causing a serious threat to the safe operation of the unit,and restricted load following capability. By using CFD software Fluent,the plugging process was analyzed,the pressure and flow change of the elbow in the study of superheater.The results showed that: the influence of the thickness of the oxide scale on the flow was increased when the thickness of the scale reached 35% ~ 40% of the pipe the diameter,and when it continued to go up,it would be easy to make a burst. Technical measures were put forward to reduce the formation of oxide scale.
