摘要
利用赫尔槽试验并结合线材连续镀锌生产实践 ,研究了一种线材硫酸盐连续镀锌工艺 ,所得镀层光亮度和耐蚀性优良。详细介绍了镀液组分和工艺参数对镀锌层的影响 ,并提出了一些可行的工艺措施。
The continuous bright Zn plating of steel wire in sulfate solution was investigated. The effects of bath composition and technological parameters on zinc coating were studied in Hull cell. The zinc-coated steel wire was bright and corrosion resistant.
