摘要
通过实验确定了GeS2 -In2 S3-CdS体系的玻璃形成区 ,其玻璃形成区较小 ,主要是在富含GeS2 区域 .研究了它的热性能和透红外性能 ,结果表明 :GeS2 -In2 S3-CdS体系玻璃转变温度在 573~ 693K之间 ,红外截止波长为 1 1 μm ,具有较大的红外截止波长和较低的声子能量 .GeS2 -In2 S3-CdS体系玻璃的密度约为 3.0g/cm3,玻璃在空气中能稳定存在而无风化现象产生 .
The GeS 2-In 2S 3-CdS system was studied firstly. The glass forming region of the GeS 2-In 2S 3-CdS system is obtained, which is small and mostly in the GeS 2 region. Some properties were studied. The results show that the glass transition temperature of the GeS 2-In 2S 3-CdS system is between 573 K and 693 K. The infrared cut_off wavelength is 11 μm. It own larger infra_red cut_off wavelength and lower phonon energy. GeS 2-In 2S 3-CdS glasses are stable in the air without appearance of the efflorescence phenomenon. Their densities are about 3.0 g/cm 3.
