摘要
研究了As2Te3-HgBr2-(HgI2、CuI)、As2Te3-(PbBr2、CdBr2)-AgI四个体系玻璃形成区,并对HgBr2基体系玻璃进行了较深入的研究。对HgBr2基体系样品进行X射线分析、差热分析、红外测试、密度测定和定性风化观察,结果表明:含HgI2、CuI的两体系玻璃形成区比含AgI的两体系大,As2Te3-HgBr2-HgI2的玻璃转变温度Tg为110~124℃,密度为5.77~6.22g/cm3,在空气中的稳定性不如As2Te3-HgBr2-CuI,而后者的转变温度Tg为118~138℃,密度为5.66~5.98g/cm3。进一步的研究将有助于丰富和完善硫卤玻璃体系,使之早日成为良好的新型透红外材料。
The paper researches the glass forming abilities of some new As 2Te 3 based chalcohalide glasses.The glass forming regions of the As 2Te 3 HgBr 2 (HgI 2、CuI) and As 2Te 3 (PbBr 2、CdBr 2) AgI glass systems were obtained and further researches were also carried out on the properties of the former two systems.
