摘要
目的:探讨亚临床甲状腺功能减退与动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法:选择2010年3月至2012年3月我院收治的46例亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者为亚临床甲减组,另选取46例甲状腺功能正常的同期门诊老年体检者为对照组,分析亚临床甲状腺功能减退与动脉粥样硬化的相关性。结果:亚临床甲减组患者的甘油三酯(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平和颈动脉粥样斑块的发生率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性逐步回归分析结果显示颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)与TC、LDL-C及促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平独立相关;FT3、FT4与血脂水平均存在不同程度的负相关,TSH与血脂水平均存在不同程度的正相关(P<0.05)。结论:亚临床甲状腺功能减退时动脉粥样硬化的发生可能与脂代谢异常有关。
Objective： To explore the relationship of subclinical hypothyroidism and atherosclerosis.Methods： From March 2010 to March 2012,46 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism as subclinical hypothyroidism group,and 46 health old persons in outpatient service as control group.The correlation of subclinical hypothyroidism with atherosclerosis was analyzed.Results： The TC,LDL-C levels and incidence of cervical atherosclerotic plaque were all significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.Multiple regression analysis showed there were independent correlation between IMT with TC,LDL-C and TSH levels,the FT3,FT4 levels were negatively correlated with the levels of blood lipids,while the TSH level were positively correlated with the blood lipids（P0.05）.Conclusion： Atherosclerosis in subclinical hypothyroidism patients may be associated with the abnormal lipid metabolism.
