摘要
以L 抗坏血酸和棕榈酸为基本原料 ,以高浓度H2 SO4为催化剂 ,以棕榈酸甲酯为中间产物 ,利用酯交换法在L 抗坏血酸的C6 羟基上酯化 ,产品的红外光谱图、折光率与文献值相符合 .工艺条件优化后 ,总收率为 73 % .
This paper introduces the synthesis of ascorbic palmitate from palmitic acid and ascorbic acid. At first, palmitic acid is esterified and methyl palmitate is obtained. Then ascorbyl palmitate is prepared through methyl palmitate with ascorbic acid. The IR and the refractivity power are identified. The yield of L ascorbic palmitate is 73 %.
