摘要
合成一种新的三氮烯类显色试剂 6’ 硝基苯并噻唑重氮氨基 4 硝基苯 ,并研究在阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在的情况下与Cd(Ⅱ )的显色反应 .Cd(Ⅱ )与试剂在 pH值为 9.2 0的缓冲溶液中形成稳定的 1∶2酒红色络合物 ,用双峰双波长法测定其表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=1 .2 1×1 0 5 L·mol-1·cm-1,Cd(Ⅱ )浓度在 0~ 0 48mg·L-1范围内符合比尔定律 .
A new chromogenic reagent,6’ Nitro benzothiazolyldiazoamino 4 nitro benzene(NBTDANB)has been synthesis and used as a highly sensitive reagent for the spectrophotometric determination of cadmium.Results show that in pH 9.20 medium and in the presence of CTMAB the reagent reacts with cadmium to form an orange red complex.The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.21×10\+5 L·mol\+\{-1\}·cm\+\{-1\}.Beer′s law is obeyed over the concentration range of 0~0.48 mg·L\+\{-1\}.The method has been used for the determination of trace amounts of cadmium in waste water.
