摘要
采用X射线光电子能谱分析 (XPS)及宽角X射线衍射 (XRD)等技术对不同条件制备、处理的催化剂性能、组成结构进行研究及评价 ,实验结果表明 ,浸渍时间是影响活性组分分布均匀程度的主要因素。ZnCl2 浸渍液质量分数决定着载体γ Al2 O3 上ZnCl2 负载量。催化剂的活性与盐组分在载体表面的分布及相互作用有关 ,取决于载体、ZnCl2 负载量及热处理的条件。ZnCl2 与载体相互作用 ,形成了复杂的多相体系。包括过量的各种粒晶含锌相 ,锌离子与载体的交联结构 ,锌离子与载体表层晶格形成的尖晶石类结构。
The structure,characteristics and properties of the catalyst which prepared and treated in different conditions have been investigated by means of XPS and XRD.The results show that the impregnation time may be the major factor which influences the distribution of the active components.The concentration of ZnCl 2 can determine the load capacity of ZnCl 2 in the carrier γ Al 2O 3.The activity of catalyst is related to the distribution of the components in the carrier and their interaction,it depends on the carrer,the load capacity of ZnCl 2 and conditions of heat treatment.ZnCl 2 can interact with carrier,which can configurate complex multi phase system,including all sort excessive amorphous zinc phase,the cross link structure between zinc ion and carrier,and the spinel structure between zinc ion and carrier surface crystal lattice.
