摘要
采用新颖的技术路线合成出具有特殊流变性的水性丙烯酸树脂,以适应水性单色面漆和水性金属闪光漆的需要。该项目的开发成功填补了国内水性汽车面漆的空白,产品各项指标与国外同类产品的先进水平相当,一旦工业化生产,对环保意义重大。但也存在施工工艺复杂、涂装设备投资大、涂装条件要求高等不足。
A water-based acrylic resin with unique rheological property has been synthesized based on a novel technology which accommodates to the needs for water-based single color finish and water-based metallic finish. The successful development of this project has filled up a gap of water-based automotive finish domestically and the indexes of products have reached advanced level of the same products abroad, which has significance to environmental protection once is commercialized. But there are disadvantages such as complicated application technology, great investment of coating equipment and strict coating conditions.
