Abstract: On the basis of introduction on automotive production market scale and environment protection law in the early 21 st, development tendency of environmental protection automotive painting and measures to reducing carbon dioxide and saving energy. Improvement of technology and assumption on this aspect of Guanxi Painting Company also were narrated.
