摘要
研究了茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯(mLLDPE)的基础性能,包括密度、熔体流动指数、熔流比、分子量及其分布、熔点、屈服强度、断裂强度、伸长率、冲击强度等。利用吹膜机研究了mLLDPE/低密度聚乙烯共混物的吹膜性能,讨论了共混物中mLLDPE含量与力学性能及光学性能的关系,雾度、透光率与薄膜厚度的关系。
This paper studied the basic properties of metallocene linear low density polyethylene (mLLDPE), including density, melt flow rate, molecular weight distribution, melt point, yield strength, tensile strength at break, elongation at break and Izod impact strength. The filming property of the mlLDPE was examined on the blow moulding machine. The relationship between mechanical property, optical property and content of the mLLDPE in the blend was explored.
