摘要
对国产和进口茂金属线形低密度聚乙烯树脂(PE-mLLD)的相对分子质量及分布、支化程度、基本性能与流变行为进行了对比分析,通过流变测试的黏流活化能、剪切变稀指数、松弛谱分布宽度等参数对其结构进行了剖析,并对两者制成的薄膜的力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,与进口同类产品相比,国产PE-mLLD的相对分子质量分布宽,支化程度高,加工性能更好;2种PE-mLLD都表现出不稳定流动与高剪切速率下黏度反转现象;用国产PE-mLLD制备的薄膜的力学性能更优异,但鱼眼稍多,外观略差。
The molecular weight and molecular weight distribution, branch degree, basic properties and rheological behavior of homemade and imported metallocene linear low density polyethylene resin(mLLDPE) were investigated contrastively. Results were found that homemade mLLDPE has broader molecular weight distribution and higher branch degree, so is easier to process compared with imported mLLDPE. The structure of mLLDPE can be analyzed through several rheological parameters, such as flow activation energy, shear thining index, relaxation spectrum index. In addition, their film properties were measured. Result was that film produced by homemade mLLDPE resin have better mechanical properties and worse appearance due to more fisheyes.
