摘要
跆拳道成为1988年汉城奥运会项目后,在几十年来已风靡整个中国,并深受到广大青少年喜欢。而健身武术作为我国的传统文化,其发展速度显得较慢。本文通过对"跆拳道热"这一现象的分析,构建群众性健身武术的推广模式,促使健身武术真正被广大群众所喜爱,为全民健身和发扬中国传统体育文化,具有十分重要的推广意义和价值。
After becoming 1988 Seoul Olympic Games official event, Taekwondo is very popular in decades in China, and deeply loved by Chinese young people. As the traditional culture of fitness martial arts, the develop- ment is obviously slow. This paper focuses on constructing the mode of popularizing fitness martial arts by analy- zing the phenomenon of taekwondo fashion with the aim at converting the mass and arousing their affection for fit- ness martial arts, which plays a unique and significant role in building the bodies of the mass and advocating tra- ditional Chinese sports culture.
