摘要
为了研究局部凹陷对水下分离器极限承载力的影响,以某无肋骨光壳深水水下分离器为研究对象,建立了含有局部缺陷的水下分离器圆柱壳有限元模型,分析了缺陷轴向长度、周向角度、缺陷深度及周向成对分布缺陷等因素对极限承载力的影响。分析结果认为,当缺陷轴向长度和周向角度一定时,随着深度幅值的增大,极限承载力下降明显;当缺陷深度和周向角度一定时,随着轴向长度的增大,极限承载力下降,其下降趋势趋于缓慢;当缺陷沿周向成对分布时,随着周向中心夹角的增大,圆柱壳的极限承载力呈驼峰曲线分布;当中心夹角相差90°时,极限承载力达到最大值。
To study the effects of local depression on the some ribless shell deepwater underwater separator was used as ultimate bearing capacity of underwater separator, the object of study. The finite element model of the underwater separator cylindrical shell with local depression was established. The effects of defect axial length, eir- cumferential rential angle and eireumferential rential pair-distribution defect on the capacity were analyzed. The analysis shows that, when the defeel depth and circumferential angle are given, the capacity decl^ases with the increase of axial lenglh and lhe decreasing tendency slows down. When the defect is of circumferential distribution, tbe uhimate bearing capacity of the cylindrical shell is of camel back curve distribution with the increase of the circumferential central included angle. When the included angle difference is 90, the capacity reaches to a maximum.
