摘要
通过有限元仿真计算,并结合实际案例,讨论了压力容器形状误差对其力学性能的影响。分析结果认为,对于承压较高的压力容器,形状误差会严重影响其强度性能,并对其配套设施构成威胁,且大型压力容器的形状缺陷一旦发生,难以消除,必须在产品的制造过程中严格控制。
Discussed the influences of form error on mechanical property of pressure vessel according to FE analysis and real cases.The results show that form error will seriously influence the intensity property of the vessel in especially higher working pressure,and damage ancillary facility.What's more,forming defects of large pressurized vessel is difficult to be corrected,so it must be strictly controlled during the course of fabrication.
