摘要
造锍捕金工艺具有处理规模大,生产成本低,物料适应性强等诸多优点。对某金精矿进行了造锍捕金试验研究。结果表明:与焙烧—氰化工艺相比,造锍捕金工艺各回收率均有很大提高,金提高了5.76%,银提高了47%,铜提高了12.67%,硫提高了2.52%。同时通过对造锍捕金熔炼工艺对比研究表明,底吹熔炼工艺更适于处理金精矿,对造锍捕金非常有利。
Application of made matte to capture gold has such advantages as large treatment scale,low production cost and strong adaptability. Experimental study on made matte is carried out based on one gold concentrate. The resuits show that made matte exceeds roasting-cyanidation process in the recovery of every kind of metal including a 5.76 % higher recovery in gold,47 % in silver,12.67 % in copper and 2.52 % in sulfur. Besides,comparative study of matte smelting indicates that the bottom-blown smelting process is more suitable for gold concentrates treatment, and thus is rather convenient for made matte to capture gold.
