Enhancement of cyanide leaching rate of carbonaceous gold ores by efficient passivation Process

摘要 本文系统研究了一种复合高效抑制剂对矿样中碳质物的抑制行为和影响因素,初步探讨其抑制机理,并对十余个不同类型的碳质金矿矿样进行抑制浸出对比试验。结果证明在适当的条件下该抑制剂能有效抑制碳质物的吸金能力,使金的浸出回收率分别提高6~25个百分点。 The passivation behaviours and influential factors of a kind of efficient complex passivators on carbonaceous materials in sold ores were systematically investigated in this paper. The passi-vation mechanism of the process was initially explored. Experiments of contrast of passivation leaching among ten odd various carbonaceous gold ore samples were conducted. Results showed that the gold adsorption capacity of carbonaceous materials were passivated by the complex passivators almost completely. The leaching recovery of the gold from ores can be increased by 6~25%.
