摘要
目的探讨交感神经在人颈后纵韧带的分布特点及临床意义。方法新鲜胎儿尸体6具,分别从C2/3、C4/5、C6/7三点取后纵韧带,每点先取一张切片进行氯化金染色确定神经的存在,再采用乙醛酸法对冷冻切片交感神经进行特异性染色。借助Simple PCI图像分析系统进行半定量分析。结果胎儿颈后纵韧带上有大量交感神经分布,或纵形排列或交织成网。交感神经分布密度为C2/3>C4/5>C6/7(F=6.13,P<0.05)。结论分布于颈后纵韧带上的交感神经受颈椎节段不稳或骨质增生激惹,可能在颈椎病颈性眩晕中起重要作用。
Objective To study the distribution of sympathetic nerve fibers in cervical posterior longitudinal ligament (CPLL), and its clinieal significance. Methods Six fresh fetal cadavers were collected. CPLL was taken from C2/3, C4/5, and C6/7, respectively. One slice was taken from each site of C2/3, C4/5 and C6/7, and firstly stained by gold chloride to identify the existence of the nerve fibers. Remain frozen sections were then stained by sucrose-phosphate-glyoxylic acid (SPG) to display the sympathetic nerve fibers specifically. A semiquantitative analysis was done by employing Simple PCI and statistical software SPSS 17. Results A great quantity of sympathetic nerve fibers distributed in CPLL, being longitudinally or reticularly arranged. The distribution density of sympathetic fibers in CPLL was C2/3〉C4/5〉 C6/7 (F=6.13,P〈0.05). Conclusion The sympathetic nerve fibers in CPLL irritated by cervical instability or hyperosteogeny might play an important role in cervical vertigo.
