四种消毒剂对鲍曼不动杆菌杀灭效果的实验研究 被引量:7

RESEARCH ON THE GERMICIDAL EFFECT OF FOUR DISINFECTANTS ON Acinetobacter baumannii

摘要 目的观察四种常用消毒剂对临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验法,对碘伏等四种消毒剂杀灭目标细菌的效果进行了实验观察。结果用含有效碘125 mg/L的聚维酮碘消毒液、含体积分数50%的乙醇溶液、含2 000 mg/L醋酸氯己定的消毒液、50 mg/L季铵盐的消毒液对临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌作用1.0 min,杀灭对数值均≥5.00。除乙醇之外,杀灭鲍曼不动杆菌标准株所需消毒剂浓度均低于临床分离菌株。结论除乙醇之外,另外三种常用消毒剂杀灭临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌所需浓度比标准株更高,提示临床分离菌株可能产生了耐受性。 Objective To observe the disinfection efficacy of four common disinfectants against Acinetobacter baumannii isolated form hospital.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the effect of four disinfectants against the target bacteria.Results The killing logarithm values of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from exposed to the available iodine-containing 125mg / L of povidone-iodine disinfectant,the volume fraction of 50% ethanol solution,2 000 mg / Lchlorhexidine acetate disinfectant and 50 mg / L of quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant for 1.0 min were ≥ 5.00.Except for ethanol,the disinfectant concentrations required to kill Acinetobacter baumannii standard strain was below the clinical isolates.Conclusion Except for ethanol,the concentrations of other three common disinfectants required to kill Acinetobacter baumannii are higher than the standard strains,suggesting that clinical isolates may be tolerated.
