摘要
目的研究医院重症监护室患者尿路感染恶臭假单胞菌情况及其耐药性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对医院神经外科重症监护室(NICU)住院患者尿路感染恶臭假单胞菌情况及其耐药性进行了监测。结果在18个月时间里从该医院NICU住院患者送检标本中共检出病原菌383株,其中恶臭假单胞菌为26株,占6.79%。所检出的恶臭假单胞菌对多数常用抗菌药物耐药率超过60%。结论 NICU尿路感染患者恶臭假单胞菌的分离率较高,且对大部分抗菌药物具有较高的耐药性。
Objective To investigate the status of drug resistance of Pseudomonas putida in NICU patients with urinary tract infection for clinical rational medication. Methods The retrospective survey was used to monitor the Neurosurgery ICU （NICU） inpatients with urinary tract infection and the drug resistance against Pseudomonas puticla in our hospital. Results 383 strains of pathogens were detected from NICU inpatients specimens in our hospital in 18 months, including 26 strains of Pseudomonas putida, accounting for 6. 79%. The drug resistant rate of Pseudomonas putida to the most commonly used antimicrobial drug was more than 60%. Conclusion The Pseuclomonas putida separation rate of NICU patients with urinary tract infection of is comparatively high, and this bacteria have high drug resistance ratio to most of the antibiotics.
