摘要
目的探讨应用健康教育程序对抑郁症患者心理、行为、疗效等方面的影响。方法选取220例抑郁症患者,分为实验组和对照组各110例。对照组给予传统健康教育,实验组在此基础上实施健康教育程序。对两组患者出入院时的抑郁、行为障碍、临床疗效、住院时间及住院费用进行比较。结果出院前,实验组的抑郁得分、住院时间、住院费用以及行为障碍中的迟缓、抑郁、激惹、精神病性因子得分均低于对照组(P<0.01);实验组临床疗效显效率以及行为障碍中的社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁因子得分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论健康教育程序的临床应用,可以调整抑郁症患者的心理状态,减轻抑郁程度,提高临床疗效,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用。
Objective To explore the effects of health education program on psychological and behavioral status and therapeutic effects of depression patients. Methods A total of 220 depression patients were divided into two groups, the control group received routine therapy and nursing and the experimental group received health education program besides the routine therapy and nursing. Depression status, behavioral disorder, clinical efficacy,length of stay and hospital expenses were compared between the two groups. Results The depression score,length of stay, hospital expenses and scores of retardation, depression, irritability, psychotic factors of depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P 〈 0.01 ), while the marked effectiveness rate and scores of social capability, social interest, personal tidy factors of behavioral disorder in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The application of the health education program for the depression patients can improve their psychological condition, reduce depression severity, improve clinical efficacy, cut down hospital stays,and decrease the hospitalization expenses.
