摘要
在 2个应力下恒加试验中加速方程的 3个系数A0 、A1、A2 的估计最为重要 常用的线性估计由于未考虑中间估计的相关性 ,导致 3个系数的估计 ^A0 、^A1、^A2 的方差增大 .文中利用协方差改进法 ,改进了中间估计 ,推导出 3个系数的BLUE ,并给出了A0 ,A1,和A2 的BLUE的简化算法 ,同时还给出了 3个系数的一种新的加权最小二乘估计 ,数值例子说明其方差与BLUE的方差较接近且计算较为简单 .
It is very important to estimate the three coefficients A 0,A 1,A 2 of acceleration equation in a twin stress life test ,and such coefficients as A 0,A 1,A 2 are often estimated by means of weight least square estimator(WLSE). The algorithm is simple ,but it cannot get a minimum variance because of the ignorance of the correlation among A 0,A 1,A 2 .In this paper we design a new quasi BLUE for A 0,A 1,A 2 with the effectiveness of covariance adjustment approach.
