摘要
使用电子显微镜扫描及透射技术对从新疆人体中分离出的弓形虫进行超微结构观察。结果表明:本株弓形虫外形较宽,虫体内含有较多的致密颗粒,其他结构基本同国内常见的弓形虫。
The ultrastructure of a Toxoplasma strain which had been isolated from human body in Xinjiang was observed by scanning and transmiting electron microscopes. The results indicated that the present Toxoplasma strain appeared wider than others in shape with more close granules in cells, and the rest of structures were similar to those of common strains in China (plate 1-5).
