摘要
目的 :分析弓形虫感染的临床特点 ,探索简便有效的实验室诊断方法。方法 :回顾性分析 7例弓形虫感染临床表现 ,比较分析不同实验项目的诊断价值。结果 :临床表现及一般实验室检查显示多系统损害征象。体液涂片找到弓形虫速殖子或孢囊。酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清弓形虫IgM型抗体阳性 ;PCR检测体液弓形虫特异性DNA片段阳性是弓形虫感染的特有表现。结论 :弓形虫感染临床表现及一般实验室检查缺乏特异性 ,弓形虫形态学。
Objective:To investigate the clinical features of Toxoplasma gondii infection and the laboratory diagnosis method.Methods:The clinical features of 7 cases with Toxoplasma gondii infection were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The clinical features and laboratory results showed mutiple systemic damages.The Toxoplasma gondii trophozites or cysts were found in body fluid smear.The ELISA was used to check up the anti-Toxoplasma gondii IgM of the patients' serum,and the PCR was used to determine DNA segments of Toxoplasma gondii specificity.Conclusion:The clinical features and general laboratory diagnosis lack in specificity.It is very important to Toxoplasma gondii infection diagnosis in morphology,serology and PCR.
