摘要
为实现对 QT间期离散度 (QTd)的有关参数的准确提取 ,从而可靠预测急性心肌梗塞 (AMI)是否可能发生恶性室性心律失常 ,论文根据 WIN95及 NT操作系统下硬件控制的特点以及准确提取 QTd有关参数的要求设计了 A/ D数据采集卡 ,并解决了 A/ D数据采集卡与计算机之间的数据交换问题。针对不同采样率下心电波形特征点的识别问题 ,提出了“分总分”方案和一种识别 T波终点比较有效的方法。在此基础上构建了高性能 12导联同步心电图采集和分析系统实现了 QTd的准确分析。分析结果与临床的主治医师的诊断基本相符 ,显示了较满意的临床实用性。
The QT interval and QT dispersion are used as independent indicators for arrhythmic cardiac death and other cardiac diseases. This paper presented a 12 synchronous lead electrocardiogram (ECG) system with QT interval and QT dispersion analysis. The problems in controlling the hardware equipment on Windows or NT system were discussed. To solve the problem of searching for characteristic ECG points at different sampling frequencies, a method of “Individual All Individual” was presented and an effective method to recognize T wave end point was proposed also. The validity and reliability of the system are verified by clinical diagnosis.
