摘要
根据P波的四类基本形态的特点,将小波变换与P波在变换后的幅值和斜率参数结合起来,提出了一种基于“小波-幅值-斜率”的P波检测新方法:先应用小波变换初步搜索出满足阈值的模极大值对;然后根据P波对应的模极大值对的特点,结合幅值和斜率判据,剔除干扰,检测P波的峰点和形态;最后区别单峰P波和双峰(及双向)P波,分别确定出P波的起点和终点。用该方法进行了随机采集的临床ECG数据和M IT/B IH数据的P波检测实验,和人工检测结果比较,实验统计结果显示正确检测率高于96%。
According to the characteristics of four basic P morphologies, combining the wavelet transform and the amplitude and slope of transformed P wave, a new P-wave detecting method based on "wavelet-amplitudeslope" algorithm is presented: First search out all modulus maximum pairs to satify the threshold after wavelet transform, and then applying the amplitude and slope criterion exclude the interferes and detect the P peak and its shape, last determine the onset and end of P wave respectively which should be separatory calculated for singlepeak and double-peak P wave (or biphasic P wave). The approach is applied in experiments of data from MIT/BIH database and randomly collected data of clinical ECG. The experimental statistical results shows that the correct detecting rate is as high as 96% compared to manual annotation.
