摘要
研究了光因子和无机氮盐对海洋硅藻高盒形藻中硝酸还原酶(NR)活性的影响.光对NR活性的诱导具有昼夜节律现象,在光(h):暗(h)分别为8:16、12:12和16:8的光周期下,随着光照时间的延长,NR活性最大值在照光后出现的时间逐渐后移.光强度在 1000~2 000 lx范围内时,NR活性较高.不同光质对NR活性的诱导效果以蓝光最大,白光次之,红光最小.高盘形藻NR活性受硝酸盐诱导,而铵盐抑制其表达.
The effects of light, nitrate and ammonium on the activity of nitrate reductase(NR) from a centric diatom Biddulphia rigia (Schultz)Oslenfeld were investigated. The change of NR activities has a ciradian rhythmicity. Under three photoperiodic cycles of 8 h: 16 h, 12 h: 12 h and 16 h: 8 h (light:dark) at 22℃,the time for the maximum of NR activities under light periods is delayed along with the extension of light periods. Light intensity also affects NR activities. Compared to white light,NR activity is promoted by blue light,but repressed by red light. Nitrate is an inducer of the expression of NR, while ammonia acts as a repressor of NR activity. No NR activity is detected when the diatom cells are grown in an ammonium media.
