摘要
中华盒形藻的增殖率在白光下最大,蓝光下次之,红光下最小。叶绿素、蛋白质的合成明显受蓝光促进,而红光下碳水化合物含量增加。脂类含量在蓝光、红光下均有所下降。
The effect of light quality on growth and biochemical composition of marine diatom Biddulphia sinensis were investigated.Cell growth rate was greater in white light than in blue or red light.Chlorophyll and protein synthesis were markedly stimulated by blue light, whereas carbohydrate synthesis rate increased under red light.Lipid content somewhat decreased under blue or red light.
