摘要
R&D资金投入与GNP的比值是衡量一个国家或地区R&D投入强度的最重要指标 .本文针对我国制定的 2 0 0 0年R&D投入目标与现实的差距 ,探讨了影响R&D/GNP的因素 ,建立了神经网络模型来测算我国及广东的R&D投入强度 ,最后对结果进行了讨论 ,并提出了对策及建议 .
R&D/GNP is the most important indicator to judge the strength of financing disposition of R&D in a state or an area. In this paper, aimed at the gap between the reality and the goal of R&D/GNP in China in 2000, the factors affecting R&D/GNP are first discussed, then a model based on neural network is presented to predict the R&D disposition strength of China and Guangdong. Lastly the discussion of conclusion is given and measures are proposed.
