摘要
Ｒ＆Ｄ投资活动是一种复杂的社会经济活动，其相关因素繁多，内在机理难于把握，本文提出一种基于人工神经网络的我国Ｒ＆Ｄ投资支持系统。
The problem of R&D investment is a complicat social economics problem, and there are many relational factors. The inner structure is hard to handle. In this paper, the R&D investment surpport systems based on Artificial Neural Network is proposed, it can avoaid the difficulty and shortcoming that the presented methods faced.
