摘要
系统分析了充液内螺旋翅片游动芯头在旋压过程中的润滑特性 .结果表明 :与传统内螺旋翅片游动芯头相比 ,充液内螺旋翅片游动芯头在旋压过程中可实现充液润滑状态 ;随着充液压力和轴向运动速度的增大 ,轴向拉力减小 ,其中充液压力对轴向拉力的影响较大 ;球形挡头和锥形入口模结构较好 .试验结果与理论分析基本一致 .
In this paper, The lubrication characteristics of oil_filled inner spiral fin moving mandrel in spinning process was studied systematically. Compared with the traditional ones, there is the oil_filled behavior in spinning process of the oil_filled inner spiral fin moving mandrel. The axial drawing loads decrease with increase in the axial speed, especially with increase in the oil_filled pressure. The structures of ball stopper and taper entry din are better. Experimental results are consistent with the theoretical analyses.
