Determination of Cu,Zn,Ni,Cr in Soil by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry Using Electric Heating-Graphite Degestion

摘要 采用电热石墨消解仪消解土壤样品,以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定土壤样品中铜、锌、镍、铬4种元素。分别从消解液的种类、用量及样品消解量等方面进行实验条件的优化,确定了一个最适合土壤消解的前处理过程。各元素的检出限为Cu 0.54 mg/kg,Cr 0.42 mg/kg,Zn 0.62 mg/kg,Ni 0.58 mg/kg,回收率为96.5%~104.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.7%~2.1%(n=7)。 Electric heating-graphite digestion was applied to digest the soil samples, and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry ( ICP-OES ) was applied to determine Copper, Zinc, Nickel and Chromium in soil samples. Different digestion solutions, the amount of digestion agent and sample were optimized. An optimal digestion method was established to carry out the further analysis of soil samples. The Detection limits were 0.54,0.42,0.62 and 0.58 mg/kg for Cu, Cr, Zn, and Ni, respectively. The recoveries were in the range of 96.5%-104.0%. The relative standard deviations of determination results were 0.7%-2.1%(n=7).
