摘要
本研究主要分析酿酒葡萄与葡萄酒理化指标对葡萄酒质量的影响。首先建立了基于灰色关联度及熵权分析的聚类模型,实现对酿酒葡萄的分级。再运用SPSS软件做数据统计分析,得到了葡萄酒理化指标之间相对模糊的相关系数矩阵,并建立相关系数分析模型和逐步回归分析模型。最后利用该模型给出了酿酒葡萄、葡萄酒理化指标与葡萄酒质量之间定量的最优回归方程。
The paper studied the effect of wine grape and wine physicochemieal indexes on the quality of wine. Firstly, the clustering model based on the gray correlation and entropy weight analysis was established, and the classification of wine grape was achieved. Secondly, the relative fuzzy correlation coefficient matrix among wine physicochemical indexes was obtained, and the correlation coefficient analysis model and the stepwise regression analysis model were established using SPSS software to analyse datum. Finally, the optimal regression equation among wine grape, wine physicochemical indexes and the quality of wine was proposed.
