摘要 稽留流产是一种特殊形式的自然流产,是指胚胎或胎儿已死亡滞留宫腔内未能及时自然排出者。近年来,稽留流产的发病率逐年升高,为更好地了解稽留流产发病机制,预防稽留流产的发生,本文就近年来有关稽留流产的病因进行综述。 Missed abortion is a special form of spontaneous abortion, it refers to intrauterine embryo or fetus that is not timely discharged after death. In recent years, the incidence of missed abortion increased year by year. In order to better understand the pathogenesis of missed abortion, reduce the incidence of missed abortion, the research in recent years on the causes of missed abortion is summarized in this review.
