摘要
目的:了解米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止10～16周妊娠的临床效果。方法:收治妊娠10～16周、自愿要求终止妊娠、无药物流产禁忌证患者97例,进行回顾性分析。结果:妊娠物自然排出90例(92.8%),其中完全流产71例(73.2%),不全流产19例(19.6%),失败7例(7.2%),清宫术29例(29.9%),阴道流血(80.2～120.4)±20.3ml。结论:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止10～16周妊娠,成功率高,阴道出血少,有效而且安全。
Objective：To evaluate the effectiveness of mifepristone concomitant with misoprostol for medical abortion in gestational age 10～16 weeks.Methods：Retrospective study was carried out for 97 cases which received medical abortion in gestational age 10～16 weeks agreeing with direct medical abortion and voluntarily in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2010.Take mifepristone 100 mg in the first and second morning（total 200mg）,and take misoprostol 0.6mg in the third morning,take another misoprostol 0.6mg in four hours depend on the uterine contraction which still not in labor.Divide it into two groups that depend on the gestational age,and observe the spontaneous abortion,vagina bleeding,and surgical abortion carefully.Results：The rate of abortion was 92.8%（90 cases）.The proportion of complete abortion was 73.2%（71 cases）,the proportion of incomplete abortion was 19.6%（19 cases）,and the proportion of abortion failure was 7.2%（7 cases）,the rate of surgical abortion was 29.9%（29 cases）,and the vagina bleeding was（80.2～120.4）±20.3ml.Conclusion：The medication of compound mifepristone and misoprostol for medical abortion in ges tational age 10～16 weeks is effective and safe with litter vagina bleeding.
