摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清脂联素、内脂素水平的变化及影响。方法我院初次诊断的T2DM患者共55例(T2DM组)和健康对照组50例,分别测定患者空腹血糖(FPG)、胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc),血脂、脂联素和内脂素水平,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)的变化。结果 (1)T2DM患者胰岛素抵抗指数明显增高(P<0.01);(2)T2DM患者TC、TG明显增高,HLD-C明显降低(P<0.05);(3)T2DM患者血清脂联素明显降低,内脂素水平明显增高(P<0.01);血清脂联素与内脂素呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论 T2DM患者血清脂联素和内脂素水平的变化,可能与T2DM发生、发展相关。
Objective To explore the changes and influence on serum adiponectin and visfatin levels of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 105 patients of initial diagnosis of T2DM in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups： the T2DM group（50 cases） and the controls group（55 cases） ,which were measured the contents of FBG, PBG, HbA1C, FINS, adiponectin and visfatin. Besides, HOMA-IR was also measured. Results （ 1 ） The HOMA-IR of patient with T2DM raised significantly （P 〈 0. 01 ） ; （2） The contents of TC and TG were increased obviously, and HLD-C was significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; （3） The serum adiponectin level decreased sharply and level of visfatin increased significantly in patients with T2DM（ P 〈0.01 ）. The serum adiponectinlevel was negative correlated with visfatin （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The change of serum adiponeetinand visfatin levels on patient with type 2 diabetes maybe correlate with T2DM ＂s occurrence and development.
