肝切除术后胆漏的诊断与治疗 被引量：11

摘要 肝切除是目前治疗肝脏良、恶性肿瘤及肝胆管结石的主要手段，而胆漏是肝切除术后主要并发症之一。肝切除术后胆漏患者每日胆汁分泌量可达数百毫升以上，恢复快者需10余日，慢者可达数月之久。胆漏的处理比较复杂，处理不当有可能导致弥漫性腹膜炎、膈下脓肿甚至肝衰竭，给患者造成诸多不便和痛苦。因此，肝切除术胆漏的防治有着重要的临床意义。
