药物洗脱支架与冠脉搭桥治疗冠心病无保护左主干病变的系统评价

摘要 传统上，冠脉搭桥术（ABG）一直被认为是治疗无保护左主干病变的惟一有效方法。近年来，随着药物洗脱支架（DES）的广泛应用，经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）已经被越来越多地应用于无保护左主干病变的临床治疗中。。0。许多临床研究已经比较了DES和CBAG在无保护左主干病变中的疗效，但是报道结果有所不同。本文利用Meta分析评估两种方法在治疗无保护左主干病变中的临床有效性。
