摘要
目的提高硬式内镜及器械清洗质量,减少清洗质量不达标、器械损坏的发生,确保最终灭菌质量。方法选拔培训专职人员,认真执行《内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范》,对清洗各个环节加以控制,用专业而规范的技术清洗硬式内镜及器械,抽取非专人清洗内镜707批次,专人清洗内镜956批次,分别检测各组的合格例数。结果非专人清洗内镜合格率为94.48%,专人清洗内镜合格率为98.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.452,P<0.01)。结论消毒供应中心由专人负责对硬式内镜及器械的专业清洗,实现了清洗的规范化、专业化、科学化,确保了清洗的质量,对控制医院感染具有关键作用。
OBJECTIVE To improve the cleaning quality of the hard endoscopes and equipments, reduce the incidence of unqualified cleaning and the damage of the equipments so as to ensure the quality of sterilization. METHODS The full-time staff were selected for training, the endoscopic cleaning and disinfection technology operating norms were earnestly implemented, each link of the cleaning procedure was controlled, the professional and standard techniques were used for the cleaning of the hard endoscopes and equipments. The non-professional staff were chosen for the cleaning of 707 batches of endoscopes, while the professional staff cleaned 956 batches of endoscopes, and the number of the endoscopes of the qualified cleaning in each group was detected. RESULTS The qualified rate of the cleaning of endoscopes by the non-professional staff was 94.48%, 98.22% by the professional staff, the difference was statistically significant. CONCLUSION The special cleaning of the hard endoscopes and equipments, taken charge by the professional staff in the sterilization supply department, can achieve the standard-ized, professional, and scientific cleaning and ensure the cleaning quality, which plays a key role in the control of nosocomial infections.
